SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Our schematic design (SDs) phase involves working with the programmatic information for the project to develop schematic drawings, documents or other media that illustrate the concepts of the design.  This generally includes adjacency diagrams, schematic site and floor plans, building massing studies, and other graphical information. 

 

We also establish a preliminary construction budget that implements our recent past project cost tracking data and sets preliminary unit price and major & specialty building and site component budget numbers.
