DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our design development (DDs) phase involves taking the SD documentation a step further typically by developing a detailed three dimensional model on our state of the art computers and BIM software.   From this virtual model we develop interactive preliminary construction documents and other BIM media that support an in-depth understanding and further refinement of the design.  We also continue to manage the construction budget to accurately reflect the progression of the design.

The deliverables in this phase typically include: floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections.
