CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Our construction document (CDs) phase involves further development of the DD documentation illustrating and describing in more detail dimensions, materials, components, systems, performance criteria, and specifications for the construction of the work.  Code and design requirements of governmental authorities and private entities are also incorporated into the design.  

 

As we complete the CDs phase we typically produce comprehensive sets of passive and interactive construction documents which are used in permit processing, AOUO or HOA design review approvals, bidding and construction contract negations and construction of the project.
